The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in an event and RDA Events Ltd Limited.
Shared Details
When booking your attendance you will be asked if you wish to be contacted by sponsored parties.
Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.
Refunds policy
We regret that we cannot offer refunds on passes once registered for and the registrant has received invoice. We may be able to transfer a ticket to another RDA Events Ltd event, this is at our discretion.
Photography, Recording & Video Taping
During the course of the two day event certain parts of Space Innovation Congress may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. These photography, recording and/or video tapes will be used for public display and/or sale after the show.
Drinking
Space Innovation Congress accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at Space Innovation Congress, including the official party, location to be confirmed. It is also acknowledges by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
Health & safety / Law
As an attendee at Space Innovation Congress you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit.
Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by Etc Venues, London and/or Space Innovation Congress, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.
