Helena Correia Mendonça

Helena Correia Mendonça joined Vieira de Almeida & Associados in 2007 and is currently Managing Associate integrated in the TMT – Telecoms & Media, Privacy, Data Protection & Cyber Security, IT & Outsourcing and Aerospace practice groups.

She has worked in different matters on information and communication technology, copyright and neighbouring rights, media, electronic commerce and privacy, data protection and cyber security. She has specifically provided advice on matters relating to software licensing, escrow agreements, supply of equipment, support and maintenance services, distribution and technology transfer contracts, outsourcing, protection of intellectual property, know-how and trade secret, as well as on cloud computing and videogames. She also worked on projects in the space sector, including negotiation of contracts for the construction and launching of satellites and the installation of the ground stations, as well as on drafting space policies.She has worked in different matters on information and communication technology, copyright and neighbouring rights, media, electronic commerce and privacy, data protection and cyber security.
